arfur mo
Gardtec's my preferred panel manufacturer, they tick all the boxes imo. we all have preferences and are swayed to what suit's us over all, everything has compromises. i have no probs with stirling, just not over keen on the aesthetics. in the past used their Pyronx's pir's, no issue's either. the rep i think was called Racheal at the time i used them (might be raymond now ) intellegent, well informed and a real cracker to look at, so a pleasure all round to deal with for me - if not her. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!! Guest anguscanplay
although we use gardtec exclusivly and it is available in the public arena its not supported there by the manfacturer and its relativly easy for the o/p to compramise the system without realising confimation sounders anyone? if you have to install this yourself i would look at one of the small local electrical shops - they should know all kit needed - its likely to be what they fit themselves and they can answer any questions that arrise as they will during the installation word of caution who is powering the panel - needs to be certified angus

Richard
Wow, thanks for all the replies and humour I appreciate what Arfur and KKA mean about neatness etc. I was an electrical & electronic engineer in a previous life .... a long time ago. I'm not a qualified sparky .... my Dad has one to do all the 'goverened' work. I'll do some digging on the your suggestions (Texecom and Gardtec) .... to come up with the 2 main extra features (autodial, wireless keyfobs). Thanks again.
