They say that all this home owners having to provide all related paperwork on selling your house. How do everyone else deal with this problem? Does any one have any sample certificates/letters they use? Paul

Does any one have any sample certificates/letters they use? Paul Easy Get approved SSAIB , NSI and give a certificate of conformity with all your installations.

Thanks Paul So why pay for NICEIC if you want everything else for free?? You gets what you pay for. It could be read that you consider electrics to be serious stuff, worthy of proper documentation but you consider security not worthy.
antinode Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 Your only choice is approval via the SSAIB or NSI. Anything else isn't really worth a damn. As you are probably aware, these certificates aren't something you can just knock up on Microsoft Word... Trade Member
