hey guys, thanks again for all the help, removed power from the unit, removed battery, applied power, applied batt, put in code - back to normal. I totally understand your saftey concerns. I just included that I was carrying out full saftey steps to ease your peace of mind and would recommend anyone who is unsure to always get a proffessional help. thanks again

i trust you are now going to get it serviced so that it doesnt happen again?

and check the front of the panel in twenty four hours - if its warm switch it all off
