OMG what a couple of days.

Adding to James' posts re: build up...........it's a nightmare.

I am trying to document it in a video diary (actually I am that sad it seems), just to bring back and prove to the office staff that:

1. We REALLY were there, not constantly on the lash

2. We work our tiny (large, fat, ugly......take your pick) hinds off

3. It is worth being here (as a manufacturer/exhibitor/installer/interested visitor)

And as a bonus...........IFSEC award no 2!!!! Hurrah..........bit tipsy so that's it.

Come and see us, and smoked is what we can offer. TSI members get special treatment..............ancilliaries as well ;) (have to tell us tho)

i did about approx 5 years ago and i had another person with me who was embarrasing me by trying to impress by telling the smoke guy what the best smoke detector would be in a room with a smoke screen fitted. Was it you per chance?

as people will know i went on the tuesday, not wowed by it personally this year, not really sure why.

last year i could have stayed 3 days, think it was too well sectioned of this year, seemed to me you need a distraction (apart from the girls ;) but even they were thin on the ground) like you walking around intruder section you needed more gizmo's from say CCTv or fire to catch your interest.

funniest thing seen happening that i saw was two girls who did not realise they were walking into a smoke chamber, must have thought it was a smoker booth or something, triggered the machine with the usual woosh of smoke - the screams were something else.

due to the bordom i was up to childish mischief, favorite gag was when they zap your badge with those little ir readers, jumped back and said 'please don't press so hard', the amount of sales reps i caught out with it lol - priceless!
