I don't think so?, panel was an old modern system with a coffin box externally, a brand spanking new system with a 9800 was installed way back in 1994, (was there as an apprentice) surprised to find the sub left this old tat in the boiler house still powered up.

Its a modern alarms "74" panel--advanced for its day had loads in my patch back in the mid 80's
