The only other thing that I do not understand is that the little envelope on the left of the new topic has a small dot on it like a seal. Although I have seen a list of all these different coloured envelopes with explanations of each one, this particular one is not listed.

Most are blue but some are orange, mine is blue with a dot, there is no description of what the dot signifies. This is a link to the image I think
