ant_cctv Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 The easiest way is to share use file sharing. Simply right click a folder on the source PC and enable file sharing. then from the target pc go into 'my network places' then 'view workgroup commputers' and you should see the source pc. double click the icon and you should be able to access the folder you shared
arfur mo Posted June 24, 2007 Posted June 24, 2007 just be sure you wireless network is secure with encryption enabled, or any shared files can be 'lifted' without you knowing. sometimes with XP it takes a little time for the sharing to sync up, if it's a regular task then 'map' the remote drive in the receiving PC, it then appears as a pseudo drive in 'my computer'. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
