Guest anguscanplay Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 QFA, Hence all the monkeys in it.most of the good guys are on good money and looked after, nobody wants to lose a good engineer. can't remember the last time a got in after 15:30 and no call out nothing personal alter but how does that make you a GOOD engineer all it implies to me as a potential employer is you either dont put the effort in or act like a prima donna ( f //.B.W.F.//s sake im on call more than anyone else ) as truss and france said maybe 20% ( and thats generous imo ) of the guys have it but the rest just think they have it , and demand extra special care and attention like they are better than a half competant DIY-ER Angus that counts angus out then and you behave yourself lol Angus
