MickH Posted July 22, 2007 Author Posted July 22, 2007 issues with the new rkp's on thinks? Have today removed all connections to the new RKP and wired back in the original key pad, 6 staight forward connections. Tried to programme part set with this one key pad but the same problem is still there. Go into enginner mode, press Prog button to set up program and the TAMPER and ATTACK led's light up, when according to the manual, only the ATTACK led should light up. Any help with this problem is very much wecomed, Thanks, MickH

Guest Dave the alarm man Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 when according to the manual, right for the product? BTW press PROG them same lights come on??
MickH Posted July 22, 2007 Author Posted July 22, 2007 Have you tried just carrying on with the programing? Hi Tinnitus, yes have continued through the whole prog numerous times with no succsess. If it was a TAMP wiring problem surely I would not be able to set/unset in normal operating mode which works fine. When you get to the part of the prog where you have to select the zones you wish to omit for the part set, which is 2 and 3, I assume these zones have to be deselected. Thanks for your advice. right for the product?BTW press PROG them same lights come on?? Hi Dave excuse my ignorance but what does BTW stand for. MickH.
