arfur mo Posted July 28, 2007 Posted July 28, 2007 Don't worry arfur its always in writing under the deviations section. this section is where the customer agrees to deviate from relevant standards and thus not comply in order to get the system they spec. when it comes to national accounts they get what they ask for after we advise not before. wicked, i know from my experiences working for the 'big boys', when something gets twisted out of shape, you as the engineer are at fault for not pointing it out when you spotted it - which you had but the sales guy has a memory lapse same as the supervisor too . regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
