my mistake I was pointing you in completely the wrong direction

I think you could be right about it being an Itec panel.

I dont have a user manual, but from what I remember you programme the code as follows...

enter code then press * then # then new code follwed by *

you can not use a zero in the code as this is used as a clear button.

Give it a try!

it is an Itec a large box with a small red window and keypad. Sorry andy no joy thanks for trying.

must confess i removed the link thinking i could just change the code .now i think it needs to be

reprogramed from start. Still works on operator code so i am not totally banjaxed.
