Thanks Dave tbh thats about as clear as mud to answer sensibly, the kit chosen is as good as any in comparative uses's. put it this way it's like asking would you say a good car for me is an astra with air con and cd player? fine car it is but not for a 25 stone woman it depends on the risk being covered, size and location of property, the operational circumstances, ease of use and in your case ease of programming, and operation by the end user and so forth. 3 sab's and a master blaster on a small bungalow in Gods waiting room area of Eastbourne might be a tad ott, but if you live in Liverpool.............. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!

camerabloke Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 i would also add a 12 volt psu as well to power the pirs and bells Eucam Security Systems 0845 4630 746 www.eucam.co.uk
markovitch Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Master blaster is way ott especially with multiple sabs, and you will definitely need a psu with the equipment you have in mind.
davetherave69 Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 You say I need a 12v psu does the texecom premier 48 not have one built in or will it not be man enough to cope with the system, I havent installed any of these before so dont no much about them. Thanks
camerabloke Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 12volt 1 amp psu adjacent panel, take all power connections straight to the psu to the pirs and bells.dont forget to reference the negativesmost panels aint man enuf to take the current draw Eucam Security Systems 0845 4630 746 www.eucam.co.uk
digitel Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 equipment is fine but why would you need master blasters if the system is monitored and you already have 3 sabs
davetherave69 Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 the system wont be monitored by arc but will have a gsm diller on it to call us when it goes off i was thinking about monitoring with redcare but not to shaw about this as an electrician i wont be able to install red care as not an alarm company what are you thoughts on gsm diller over normal speach diller.
