Setting A New Program With An Accenta Alarm

Hi,

I have an Accenta alarm and after having bought a dog, I would like to omit a zone (garage door) as part of a new program. I didnt get a user manual when I moved home last year, however the key pads on the panel look straightforward enough.

The problem I have is not knowing in what order do I press them to set up a new program (set/program/re-set/omit and the relevant numbers)etc.

Would anybody be able to assist?

1 Enter code.

2 Press omit.

3 enter zone number you wish to omit

4 Press set

5 leave via designated route

hello " Elvis " ( cool name btw )

it might be possible to set the system up with more than one part set - means you only need to press one button to set with zones omitted , but it`ll need an engineer to set this up for you.

it`ll be fine using the manual omit described above but would be a good idea to have the system proffesionally serviced if youv`e been there a year and the engineer could do the re-proggraming at the same time.

Markovitch / Angus,

Just like to express my thanks for both sets of advice. The first reply has solved my problem - thanks for that. Longer term, I will be looking to get the alarm "serviced" and I will see if the engineer can sort a new program out for me.

cheers.
