securitycctv Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Hi Have taken over support on an installation which has a GANZ MPEG recorder. Currently the unit when trying to perform a search goes back to one fixed date, 29th May 2007 and does not display any recordings. The event logs show that there are recordings post this date but it will not display them. Anyone with any ideas that has experience of this unit could they post please or advise of a technical help line for GANZ in the uk, [importer distributor perhaps] Thanks in advance John
