kxs
I removed the control panet and the alarm went off. The control panel asking for enginners reset required and I do not have the code. The system was left behind by the previous owner and no codes given. No contract on the system and I desparately need the engineers code or how to reset the system to the factory default. I am an electrician and can work on elecerical equipment. I will apreciate any one who can help me with this proble. Many thanks. Kamal

Disconnect the mains (sounds like you know how to do this safely) and use the "sledgehammer" approach to destroy it. Hopefully you've read the forum rules by now; the information you require falls into the category that it is forbidden to publish in the public areas. Personally I prefer the 'drop the panel from the 20th floor' approach. i love watching as it crashes off the pavement and the heatsink buckles - ooooooohhhhhh yes. Again as stated disconnect the battery then the 240vac. Kamal if i were you, i would stick to your 3 core cables and leave the tricky stuff to the boys in the know!!!!
