melv Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Hi. Have just moved into a house with a Scantronic 9448 already installed. My only problem with the system is that the keypad and entry/exit tones are a little loud and the tone is very penetrating. I live in a terraced house and this problem means that I am conscious of annoying my neighbours when I set or disarm the alarm late at night. Can I turn down the volume of the internal sounder so that these tones are not as loud? Or can I get an approved engineer to do it for me? Many thanks.

Guest anguscanplay Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 I`ll do it - and we cover the labour cost of the callout too ( but not if it`s your fault, or the cost of the equipment )
