OK that make sence thanks.

thanks for all your help

cause you said at the top you aint connected the blue and yellow wires ?

you will probably have to " tell " the curcuit to work using the programming but we aint really supposed to post how THAT goes

edit: just read you say it clunks in the control box doh

you`ll have your bell wrong, like mr whitenoise says " drawing would help....."

Thanks i have wired it as per your diagram

i have not wired a bell yet.

just added a horn

when i set the alarm and i walk past the pir the relay in the control pannel clicks but there is not sound from the horn and it does not say anything on the lcd panel.

if i add a pannic button to zone 1 and activate it that works both in set and unset mode

the Pir is on zone 2

Thanks

How is the PIR programed?

How are you setting the alarm?

? for the others, is it still practise to fit an eol resistor across zones not being used (to mimic tamper valve) or do you omit the zone in programming

we fit the resistor and with the panel been eng reset for tamper as per regs it means no one else can fit owt without us knowing about it

we used to programme it off but realised we were missing out on loads of money hmm ? LOL
