OK think i have sorted it, down to a setting on the zone now.

One more question .

how to you wire up a door magnet to a zone, where do you put the resistor?

What is the best resistor to use between the contacts?

1K2 0.25W CF RESISTOR

or

1K 0.25W CF RESISTOR

1K Brown, Black, Black, Brown,Gold (Gold=5% Tolerance)

are you familiar with the galaxy 16+

How should i set the zones becase i have set up the folowing so far

zone 1 PA

Zone 2 exit entry

when i set the alarm and activate zone 2 the relay clicks but nothing happens.

should it not trigger the LCD to unset the alarm or the horn to sound?

I have never had so much help from a forum!! thanks dude!!!!

get the bell connected first then try again
