arfur mo Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 it's going to be a case of finding a make that you like and can get on with, as with cars some love ford focus hate vauxhal astra. my advice is choose a range known for it's long term reliability and longevity, after that it's down to your own ability to cope with the programming and accept the price. i'm a big fan of gardtec used them for over 15 years now had very few failures in that time, but the manuals are more like working on a jigsaw puzzle with a picture while blindfolded so takes a bit of time to get used to them. advantage is you having used the eurosec you will know what i mean, but you will be more familiar the whole range programming as it's along the same lines (apart from the ProSys) as the eurosec's menu structure. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
