Chris Teague
We too use Gard Tec, very nice panels & popular with the end user. The Proxy Fobs are much better now than the older Key Fobs. I Like Galaxy too, as have worked with it much in the past, but far too expensive now to be competetive for the smaller firm. j.paul
The DSC Power 832 panel, easy to program and the customers like them, and they are bomb proof On the bigger systems we use Guardall PX panels jpaul There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots. Eamonn
We use Guardall PX and QX. Ive used Galaxy most of the time, untill i joined this company and the Guardall is difficult to understand as it doesnt use standard programing, but it has to be a panel for anything. Anything the Galaxy can do the Guardall can do far better, and thats coming from someone who has used galaxy and galaxy gold for over 10 years. For lower end installs we use the Texecom Premier range. This is an execlent panel for the domestic market and lower commercial end. Easy to program and customers love it. PC programing is far better on this panel than galaxy as well. C.S TEK.
The Aritech has got to be the most straight forward proffesional alarm panel and the scantronic 9448+ must be the quickest panel to fit/programme for the domestic Just a shame its mickey mouse though!! DGMarsden
ADE are definately getting better. Supposedly meant to be launching something much better than the galaxy in september. I'd be interested to see what it's like?? Texecom are a bit fiddly on a non LCD panel but still well made. I think you just have to go with what you know. Mister_Dave
I tend to use the veritas 8c when absoulotely nescessary but most of the time i will fit v8s. Thinking About the eurosec and the accord panels as a change though. Theres nothing wrong with the veritas and the customers love the strobe flash when set but they are flippin ugly.
