Alarm Protection
Just fit the Yale alarm wireless i presume and cut the wires back to the wall lol!!! Tbh get another 3 quotes in and im sure it will work out cheaper than the last one you had. Get the installer to test he wiring if it is all intact before install. Whatever panel is fitted i would fit a 490x Gardtec panel as this panel has 8 wired zones and with the add on receiver 8 wireless zones that can take remote fobs to set/unset the system. I have this panel in my house using fobs because im lazy!!! The panel can also dial you or family/friends using the built in vo comm so no extra cost for a speech dialler. ! mjw
You can tell you live in surrey ,that's an extortionate amount to do a second fix, have a go yourself if you think your skill level is up to it.Whats your back ground ,are you in a trade of some sort?Like someone said earlier the hard work has been done and there is only 3-4 hours work left to do so his labour charge seems excessive ,get another quote mate. You are sooooooo right about the charges...i think i know the company and i have asked the o/p to p.m me the company name as that price for at the very most 4 hrs labour is unreal i would get at least 2 or 3 quotes to just get an idea of price as
