Hi Guys, Dont know if you know mutch about ARCs being installers. I am just wondering what actions arcs would take for the following Eg. Phone preimses, Keyholder, Police

Burglary

PA

Fire

It depends on how the customer wants it doing really, and wether or not the site has been withdrawn from police response or not. A bit sensitive for public discussion perhaps...

redcare ? as in G3 BT Redcare the secure transmission platform or is there something called "MINIBOLD Redcare" too? you might work in a cctv receiving centre but if you had to ask that question you aint handling alarms for a living

I am New to this area so not too sure about this as i am new. we are registered as a ARC and do handle intruder, fire and pa alarms as well as monitor cctv

Very strange that one eh??...works at A.R.C but doesnt know any procedures,i dont work at a A.R.C but i know how they filter calls????????
