telewis Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 Hello everyone. I have a professionally installed Scantronic 9851 with a single 9930 Keypad. My problem is that we leave the systems part armed over night and I get up very early in the morning. The warning tone from the system wakes up the children before I can reach the keypad to disarm it. The installer tells me that the volume of the warning tone cannot be altered in the keypad. Given that, what other options do I have? Can I have a second silent keypad upstairs or is there a better solution. Many thanks in advance Tom

Many thanks in advance Tom Tell your installer to look at Command 45 to alter the volume, good luck, it can be done. Someone told me I was ignorant and apathetic, I don't know what that means, nor do I care.
Guest anguscanplay Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 old scantronic keypads used to have a pot on the back - are they not still the same?
