Guys,

I have a potential client with lots of these DVR's out in the field and they want me to integrate them into our IP Suite ARC software so that when an alarm comes in from a panel, our server software can send a trigger command to the DVR - something like this....

Send me a snapshot of camera 7

Send me 5 snapshots of camera 3 at 2 second intervals and 10 snapshots of camera 7 at 3 second intervals

Send me a snapshot of all cameras

I have contacted all 3 manufacturers but am not sure if they will respond. Anyone know which of the above 3 units would be able to handle this requirement ?

Is there an alternative device out there with similar client side features, but also comes with a software API that will allow me to control it from the server side ?

Update: Videoswitch got back and said this was not possible with their kit.
