Short and sweet! not nessesarily(?) it doesnt ask for that and I get a lot of calls asking for quote " a proffesionaly installed and / or serviced system...." the only real gain to regulation now is the issuing of URN`s ( we do those too btw)

That's the wording in Direct Line's home insurance, and quite possibly some other insurers. (apart from the smelling pisstake of course)
