whibbs Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 the question is i setting up six premier 48 panels these will be at six locations around the midlands all are connected company to a network back to one location i was thinking of fitting them all with Com-ips. so that i can control and monitor each site can i program them using wintex over the network or do i need to any special software as i can find not find a way to connect to the panels using wintex apart form the options radio-pad, modem or 2 & PC-com. can any one help the this Wayne Wayne Hibbs
TSS Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 This is in a public section of the forum so I will be brief on the details for obvious reasons!!! essentially, when you setup the site in Wintex 5.3 fill in the network details. then when you go to the connect icon on the top right of the main screen it should say something like connect to 192.168.0.1 or via network etc hope this helps TSS Communication is "A question asked, and an Opinion given."
