Baracus
Walked into work yesterday to find I was put on a weeks notice due to lack of work Now I know only to well if there's no work it cant be helped but most companies here (N. Ireland) ring round other contractors to try and hire men out but they didnt bother their backside. I wouldnt normally care but the fact that I have just completed the biggest job this firm has ever had, on time and within budget its a bit of a kick in the nuts. Its a case of last in first to go, no problems with my work or timekeeping etc... Luckily the first company I rang are starting me tomorrow so I wont be out of work End of rant! The older I get, the faster I was.
