sdw Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 My veritas 8 alarm has been activated during a couple of power cuts this winter even though I was in the house both times with the alarm unset. I reset the alarm after the first activation and during the next few power outtages it never went off. However during a power outtage last night the alarm sounded again even though it wasnt set. The alarm was installed into a new build about 4 years ago by an engineer and apart from this has been faultless...................Any help would be appreciated as I'm fed up being woken in the small hours and we have a young child.

leesutton Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 Service it and they should check the fuse and replace the battery but get them to check the charging circuit. lee Lee Sutton E-Mail: leesutton@centurianfire.co.uk Website: www.centurianfire.co.uk Phone: 0845 094 9870 CENTURIAN FIRE & SECURITY (part of centurian group limited)
