Installer Manual (c And K) Securitech St800l

I'm after an installer manual for the above. I have a user manual but the alarm had developed a fault and I want to be able to reset the thing properly to sort out whaere I'm at with it.

I TOO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM HAVE THE USER GUIDE BUT TRYING TO GET A COPY OF PROG / ENGINEER GUIDE, CAN YOU HELP?
