Access Cctv Remotley Using 3g

Hi,

I've got a building site with no broadband connection. i've got mobile internet with a "Three" 3g sim card and i want to be able to have a computer on the site with cameras connected and then be able to view it live by logging in remotley.

But i don't get a proper ip address when doing IPCONFIG please help someone, it's driving me mad and my site can't be monitered at the moment.

I have been using some TeleEye gear recently.

As of yet I haven't used one of these but all the gear I have used has been good.
