How Do You Change A Battery On A Rascal Super

thinks very carefully before posting .............

John, assuming all your saying is true (and I have no reason to doubt you ) do not pay this person for getting your system back up and running if any of the paperwork says " callout AND service......" as they have failed to comply with their part of the contract for the last 13 years

however

please be certain of what it was you were paying for, some firms can and do only provide a 24hr callout facility (ie the right to call an engineer 24hrs a day) with charges for the labour / parts element of the callout

either way

I wouldnt give this guy another penny the fault isnt caused by the mains its caused by having a dated battery in the panel, find another local firm who know what there on about
