arfur mo Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Thanks for the honest reply, I think I will do the same, get both sets, stick one in van, much quieter and cannot be stolen!!! I know one or 2 people who have had theirs nicked after the forgot to padlock them on. These ladder cramps make it so much easier for a theif. Thanks you welcome, those expanding ones i know as surveyors ladders might be useful as a lot lighter for quick jobs or up 8 flights of stairs. ideal for those higher loft traps ion old houses with no steps. tbh i bought my triples to fit the van floor (toyota hiace) for the same reasons you mention, also keeps them much cleaner and dryer. when you need them inside a house far less chance of marking carpets/walls with grime or making your hands more dirty them needed. also you won't impress by walking into a smart hall or reception, ladder over shoulder showering decaying soggy autumn leaves all over the place regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
