Need To Go To Bed

Recommended Posts

Just out of interest. I hear plenty of rumours of national employee's doing a full 8 hours work and then spending the next 18 hours out and about on call. Is it really as tough as that working for a national. My friend Rob Challis lost his life several years ago after a truck went up his butt on the A180 during the early hours after he pulled over into a layby for a sip of tea from his flask. Unfortunate circumstances of course but he'd been out on an 16 hour day before he died.

The risks of call duty I guess.
