Guest anguscanplay Posted June 22, 2008 Posted June 22, 2008 Ok i call the arc to and ask for the system to be put on test. I then set the system and trigger the alarm after a minute disarm the system call the arc remove the test check they have received the signal. 2 different 0870 numbers show on the bill. I am right in saying that the system should not be calling out as a digicom system?Col does seem back to front to me ......... unless your triggering a secondary device maybe as redbull says (again - LOL) we would need lots more information to say for sure its wrong, what kind of site is it?
colk Posted June 22, 2008 Author Posted June 22, 2008 James You may be right. When the system was installed it was on dual comm. Dualcom tried everything to get the system to work but the network kept dropping out so it was replaced with redcare. Maybe the digi was never diconnected. Will call the company tomorrow and get an engineer to come out. Thanks Col
