james.wilson Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Jack. Making posts like that isnt gonna make many people want to help you. Yes you can google that part number and buy it for less than 49 quid. Not wishing to get into a debate but id bet your job is easy for someone such as myself its an easy comment to make from outside the relevant industry. Things are always far more complicated than they appear. There are many many things you wont be aware of and your system wont comply on many levels. You wont do this on purpose of course not, but you will be like many others blissfully unaware of the implications of programming, installation and setup... We do understand that there is a large market for people wanting to configure and look after their own security systems using 'proper' gear I think it may be an idea to edit your post in some way jack. Chorlton Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 That's been brewing for a while with you Jack. I tried to help you and this is the thanks? A man of your means seems overly fixated with getting the cheapest of everything but bet you don't drive a daewoo eh? Nobody on here deserves your abuse and if it's not edited or apologised for don't expect another chance. Shame. C.

Chorlton Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Thanks for that Jack (i think your caps lock is on buddy). On line shops and trade suppliers are 2 seperate things. As for engineer manuals (yawn) we don't agree with providing them, discussion over on that point. If you don't mind me asking what do you do for a living 9-5 Jack? C.

Cubit Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Jack. Do you work for free, or at the very least, little to no wage? Does your company sell products at or below cost? and does your company condone its staff selling/taking stock for their own purpose??
james.wilson Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 Think we may be wandering off here. Its unusual for a wholesaler to send out engineer manuals for non purchased products, ie not all do so you may have been lucky there. Lets put the whole thing to bed now and move on please.
