viper Posted July 8, 2008 Author Posted July 8, 2008 We have just taken over an account from a competitor, onsite is a DM Sprite 2 CD, we have no way of finding out the INST code - any help on this one?? Tried all the usual codes of this company. Defaulting the INST code is my only option apart from sending it to DM whom will charge me.
breff Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 PM sent. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

ssedd Posted July 24, 2008 Posted July 24, 2008 Thanks, but no success - newish model. If you ring tech support they can give you a access code that will get you in the system. It is (i was told) generated at random each day at their end, I guess it may also depend on what model it is.
