Guest anguscanplay Posted August 2, 2008 Share Posted August 2, 2008 took the wife and kids to the local diner and as we sat down two men came in, I tell her "watch these two..........." "why?..." "cause they aint going to pay for there meal...." the kids are google eyed and trying not very well not to stare, "howd you know?...." "just a hunch..." I`m explaining to the wife how they sat inside to order then decided to eat outside so to relax the waitress because she ought to see what would happen if they had stayed outside but the waitress says "sorry but were not serving outside today". so the taller one of the two goes to where they were stood before coming in and brings back a tesco carrier bag. Soon as no ones looking they take the empty glasses of a nearby table and fill them up with sherry they had hiden in the bag - PINT glasses of sherry!! Food comes and the taller ones up and down, asking for napkins, sauces - new knife etc and generally been big and making himself seen then goes and stands at the till to pay 1st switch card - declined 2nd switch card - declined 1st switch card again with a different pin - declined "right then I`ll pay cash ..." hand in pocket, but wait whats that he just dropped on the floor - its a fckng needle and a bag. He pays the girl on the till and even gves her a tip in the little dish they have then out they both go. "see you were wrong ...." says Mrs A. " he was just a thirsty diabetic and he even gave a tip " "dont think so ...... he only paid for ONE meal with the money he palmed from the TIPS dish in the first place, his mate ate for free, they drank the sherry stolen from tesco across the road (why did she think they had a new roll of tesco carrier bags with them) and now there off to rob some poor student in the park to pay for there next fix."
