On my Rascal+ I have a pir that is flickering at an accelerated rate when it detects. I assume that it is becoming unreliable. Are they easy to change and are they type specific or will a similar pir be ok.

Thanks.

Assuming its in a house & not eg conservatory, any 12v PIR will work. Would recommend not buying the cheapest though.

Could be worth asking a local firm to quote for a service at the same time. Battery to check/change etc. Might not be as much as you think, plus also youve then got a contact number if something did go wrong in the future.
