Rulland Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 Worked for an NSI gold company-they supplied the vehicle and consumables ie screws etc-the tools etc were supplied by me, all hand tools, all power tools-I had around about 5k's worth on the van at any one time-none of which was covered by company insurance!-as I found out after when my PDA was pinched at midday by some scumbag who broke the window, in the centre of town with passers by in attendance. The owner/proprieter of MSI(David Hardman) was informed of the incident and casually mentioned that my theft would not be covered !!!. Apparently none of the vehicles contents-ie tools bought by MSI engineers are covered by the companies insurance-But this was not made known to the engineering staff!!!!!. Richard.
