Chorlton Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 no idea mate, sorry. can you "put the shoe on the other foot" so to speak? get them to "prove" your useage by listing when you were logged on throughout the month? basically like the itemised billing they do for phone calls. C.
kensplace Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 as my computer has been in being repaired for 2 weeks. Did the repairers have the dongle? Could they have ran the usage up?
advancedprotection Posted September 8, 2008 Author Posted September 8, 2008 the dongle was in my drawer when the computer was being repaired and i have spoken to 3 who have told me that the broadband was used on the dates that the computer was being repaired Trade Member It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice!! Cubit Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 the dongle was in my drawer when the computer was being repaired and i have spoken to 3 who have told me that the broadband was used on the dates that the computer was being repaired I too have a 3G BB modem. Away from home at moment so no direct access to bills, but i'm pretty sure i get a list with each bill stating each time it connects and data transferred.
advancedprotection Posted September 9, 2008 Author Posted September 9, 2008 i also get an itemised list and according to the bill i have used the dongle the time the pc was in being repaired?
