We are distributor of CCTV Camera, DVR, etc. A customer told me he

wants to display CCTV Camera video on PC monitor, in order to save

extra cost of buying a CCTV monitor. While CCTV Camera is video

output, PC Monitor is VGA input. How could we do this?

Cheapest and simplest I should think, would be a TV card, with a video in socket.

i'd be careful here and ask around for one thats known to be ok wittnCCTv, many i've seen jam up when used with CCTv, just like many of the composite to vga dongles do do, think its to do with the multiple time base signals freezing the time base clock on the cards.

whatever he do's, it's going to cost some money, so why not simply get a composite to uhf converter from maplins and run his cctv through his television, or televisions if he has a distribution amp?

alternatives -:

Tv card is going to be about
