Rulland Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Three members in my household have a monthly contract with orange-A few weeks ago none of us could get any signal around home and locally. Orange admitted there was a problem and said it could be up to a month before it was resolved-I played my face and got all my households fees for the month waived-signal arrived back the next day-5 days after we lost it !!!!.
