sjonley Posted November 8, 2008 Posted November 8, 2008 Satsuma01 is quite correct. The Dome is a Dennard See page 5 on the following manual: http://www.norbain.co.uk/downloads/manuals...System_WE_1.pdf You will notice on the OUTLINE SPECIFICATION, it makes a reference to DEN PANEL & BAX PANEL protocol converters. Speak to DM Tech support on 0845 600 9502 or via email uksupport@dmicros.com Now its just down to identifying the actual Dome model. Hope this helps. james.wilson Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 you will need a keyboard or a newer ds2 that is netvu based, as you can gain access to the menus via the software. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

I have a DS2 version 3.1 (169) netviewer software and netvu but I undertsand not features are available with this box but I do have telementry control, but not sure what command would bring up the menu, have read that it should be either * or shift and wash but to no avail.
