Passing off? Theyve been going since at least 1997. SSAIB approved etc.

There was a company called Bee Safe operating in Grimsby back in the early 80s, as far as I am aware they are still on the go.

This is Bee Safe Security Limited

The company you are talking about is trading under this name (passing off) but there is nothing I can do about it

passsing off implies and/or requires a lot more than just the same name

I can think of a half dozen "BEEsafe" "BEEsecure" and "BEEsure" s of the top of my head - so where did you get the idea for the name?

Nah.

Birmingham based, used to have 2 or 3 branches as i recall.

Certainly not 'passing off' though. Especially when Ltd.

Looks like there are at least two which explains the confusion - easily done though I suppose when choosing a company name!

IAS & others.

This is going off topic and getting ever so slightly snide.

The OP is asking for notes of interest from a potential business partner nothing more.

Any further off topic remarks will be removed.

Thanks,

C.
