Inherited Concept 6 Alarm

i've inherited a concept 6 burglar alarm with my house and cannot find a user manual anywhere and I'm experiencing some problems. The control panel has suddenly stopped work and the alarm wont work. There have been a few burglaries in the area and I'm concerned.
