if you mean designing systems for a specific need or risk then yes.

And it too. In general I had in view of the following, whether there are at a forum experts who design CCTV in CAD?

Usually, when our company works with any object, our experts prepare for the specification for the client. After that if the client satisfies it, designers start to draw the design in CAD and Video-CAD. During designing we deliver the equipment, then our installation team carry out installation and start-up of the system. It is the approached algorithm of work. I would like to receive consultation how you carry out the given work?

Thank you in advance.

When we design for example an external system we use visio for the system layout design. We have internal drawings for wiring and cable configuration etc. We dont use video cad at all.

James

We also extensively use Visio, and overlay proposed system layouts onto google earth.

Thanks James and Sir from Alpat Systems (sorry, I'm don't know your name). Our designers use Video-Cad only for visualization of images from the basic cameras.

We use Visio too, but we use CAD more, because most of our clients are constructors who use A-CAD in work, therefore our basic software is CAD.

I want to ask you the following. Is the system layout design obligatory at realization of CCTV system in UK? Or you do the layout design for your installation team? In other countries, for example in France and Germany, the system layout design is an obligatory condition of the beginning of any works.

Whether there is an organization which Carries out supervision of quality?

Whether certification of projects in the Great Britain is indispensable?
