mcelec Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 hi guys im looking for a new tv probably the lg 50pg6000 and im getting a lg surround sound system, i will also have a ps3 and virgin+ HD, im currently decorating my lounge so now is the perfect time to bury the cables in the wall? question is what cables do i need to link all this kit together? theres bound to be an expert on this sort of kit on this forum so any advice as always much appreciated! also does anyone on here have v+ HD just wondering if they have to install any additional cabling?
mcelec Posted December 12, 2008 Author Posted December 12, 2008 I have V HDI just got A HD lead. but did they have to install any additional cabling from outside? like sky do when you go for sky hd?
whistle Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I already had a V box and Broad band with them so just a new box and a HD lead.
BUSTER Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 If you use the HD out to TV you cannot distribute tv signal via the coax to a splitter Any comments / opinions posted are my opinion only and do not represent those of my employer or Company
mcelec Posted December 13, 2008 Author Posted December 13, 2008 i had a feeling it was as simple as just changing the box! i have ordered v+ and virgin have told me the earliest install date is the 6th of jan, i asked them can they not just deliver the box so i can put it in myself and they told me its not possible as it needs installing by one of there EXPERT engineers!
