Virtually all pro systems are not 'kits' so you will need to pick the relevant components to do the job. GSM diallers / digis are available. Some general purpose, some plug in modules for certain panels. 2. If you wire normally closed devices (pro detectors) in parralel you will need them all to trigger before the circuit opens. You would in theory wire them in series... but id advise putting one device per circuit anyway. Regs require it in most cases (if relevant) 3. One risk assesed, designed, installed and maintained/serviced by a specialist installer. 4. Might be able to but id doubt it. If its done right you will be able to get it taken over but i doubt anyone will give it a cert and or take the responsibilty of it being 100% without some involvement.
