tips66 Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Hi Guy's, I have just installed an texecom r8 plus sytem with three lcdkeypads, every thing works fine exept that i'am only able to unset the alarm on one keypad. Setting the alarm is possible on all three lcd keypads. I really need some help. Greetz Tips66
A-G Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Have you set different addresses for each keypad (with the dip switches on the keypad) . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.

Adi Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 data cores swapped over? I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
tips66 Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 data cores swapped over? Yes i'am able to acces the programming from all three rkp's, even the mastercode seems to work on all three. I'have 6 zones and on zone one rkp works fine, only zones five and six the rkp's only can unset the alarm with the master code. I'am thinking on this problem for two weeks know and i'll run out of options...... greetz Tips66
A-G Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Sounds like either: Wiring problem which results in low voltage to keypads maybe keypad power from wrong circuit ... again leading to low (or no) voltage when alarm set . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
tips66 Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 I'll check it out to morrow morning. Thanks
tips66 Posted January 9, 2009 Author Posted January 9, 2009 Wiring seems to be ok, keypads wiring dubbel checked is ok. greetz
