Rulland Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 i have a big dog and an angry wife. You wouldnt wanna try your luck with either of them. LOL
A-G Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 IME insurance companies dont ask about domestic alarms and when they do they only ask is the property alarmed. Is it worth it? I have an alarm fitted in my house but its never been used, i have a big dog and an angry wife. You wouldnt wanna try your luck with either of them. so if your wife takes the dog out and doesn't set the alarm and you get burgled, are you sure your insurers will pay out? . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
ian.cant Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 so if your wife takes the dog out and doesn't set the alarm and you get burgled, are you sure your insurers will pay out? Na, me and the boys will sort it out! After checking the CCTV to see who wanted theyre nuts ripping off!
A-G Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 Na, me and the boys will sort it out! You on the lager or something? . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
ian.cant Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 You on the lager or something? I only drink on match days (well mostly)! Ive two sons 22 & 25, the youngest one has a real nasty streak in him!
amateurandy Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 IME insurance companies dont ask about domestic alarms and when they do they only ask is the property alarmed. Well IME they do. Direct Line specifically ask about a "professionally fitted and maintained alarm" in writing.
